#121 tryout in was absolutely adorable and I had to take the chance!

Dislikes:
-Traffic (don't have a driver license of any kind)
-Bicycles are hell to him

-Being alone with somebody in a house (due to OCD)
-Mean people (just look in the mirror when you are drunk xD)


Disabilities/disorders:
Shaw was born with autism-like oversensitive hearing. Due to this he wears earplugs in public. While wearing he can hear conversation nearby but not far away. Without earplugs, voices and sounds hurt him pretty bad.

He has obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) and he hasn't told it to anybody.
In Shaw's case this means he has obsessive thoughts about killing/hurting somebody while he doesn't want to. He might think he has injured a random person walking on the street even though he has no memory of it. He might check day later if there's any sign of murder happened etc. Even though he has these kind of thoughts, he isn't a bad person.

He is completely aware that his thoughts are weird but he can't do anything about it.
Luckily, he has medicine for his disorder and visits therapy sometimes.


Personality:
He is kind but sensitive and blushes quite easily. He's not really shy but neither the attention seeker. Shaw is quite slow thinking.

On bad days with his disorder he is focused on keeping his OCD symptoms in control. He for example stays away from places where he could hurt somebody (being alone with friend due to fear of doing something bad OR in traffic where he could push somebody onto to road).

On good days he is happy and more social than in usual.
He also tends to drink pretty often for fun and to get his OCD symptoms fade away. While drunk he becomes louder and tends annoy his friends on purpose.

During free time he sculpts sweets from clay.


History:
Shaw was born when his parents were teenagers.  They didn't take good care of him and were inconsistent. For example when Shaw accidentally knocked her mother down, her mother would scream to him and accuse him of almost killing her (this is most likely the thing that triggered his OCD).
They were managing somehow as family.

When Shaw became a teenager he was depressed. His parents didn't support him at school so he was underachiever. His occasional stuttering was picked up at school and he was left outside.
At late teens his OCD behaviour started. He thought and checked every day if he had accidentally killed other students or teachers.

While his parents didn't support him, he often visited his aunt and cousin. His aunt helped him at school and noticed his depression and OCD tendencies. She was the one to encourage him start therapy. His aunt became like a mother substitute to Shaw. He also played a lot with her 6-year-old girl.
On his aunt's deathbed Shaw got a scarf knitted by her.  The scarf became really important to him and he subconsciously uses it to a little calm his OCD behaviour. He can't always even sleep without it on.


Extras:

-He tends to stutter (especially when suprised or confused)
-He has fatter tail than in usual
-The cousin moved away to Shaw's uncle when his aunt died.
